My name is Vanni Stylez and I am a licensed cosmetology educator and stylist. I founded my career in 2018 with the intention of becoming a well rounded, multi talented professional catered to focusing on caring for the hair health of the industry. I am now based out of Charlottesville VA and my mission is to expand on my original intention and give the next generations the knowledge and expertise on caring for natural hair regardless of hair type or texture.

My vision for my career is to be able to create a multi functional salon environment that caters to all hair types within the community. To establish many locations and an education center for aspiring cosmetology artists.

VanniStylez Policies

General Policy

All styling services come with a complimentary shampoo and condition. A card on file are required for first time clients and deposits are required for certain hair color services, loc maintenance services and all extension services. All deposits are credited towards booked service and are non-refundable.

Late and Cancellation Policy

Clients are given a 15 min grace period to be late to a scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee is automatically added to the checkout for every 15 min late. If client is over 30 minutes late, the appointment will have to be rescheduled and late fee(s) must be paid. Clients are allowed to cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before scheduled time. If canceled within the 24 hours/same day, a 50% cancellation fee of scheduled service(s) is charged to card on file. If payment cannot be made, client will be placed on restricted booking list until fee is paid. No-show clients will be charged 100% of service booked and placed on a restricted booking list and will have to call to book and must pre-pay for services.

Rescheduling

Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments online as needed. Life happens, I get it so feel free to contact me if necessary. Clients are allowed 3 reschedules within a 30 day period. After the 3rd reschedule, clients appointment will be denied and a deposit will be required to reschedule next appointment.

Vanni offers services that caters to healthy hair and longevity styling. Examples include Silk Press, Braid Down Services, Curl Enhancing, Hair Cuts, Treatments and More. 

Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. You can do so by booking online through our website. Unsure of what service to start with ? Schedule a consultation to meet your stylist and avoid the hassle of confusion. 

We use high-quality hair products from reputable brands such as Ashtae, Matrix, Redken, Cecred and Olaplex. Vanni Stylez also carries his own line of Hair Oil , Organically crafted and handmade 

At Vanni Stylez , we believe in taking care of the client from start to finish. I would prefer to wash your hair for you. All styling services include your shampoo with the price, services such as treatments, cuts, or color are a la carte services and must be added on to a style service to make sure your shampoo is included. 

Vanni Stylez does not offer relaxer services because it is damaging to the hair’s overall health and integrity. I offer substi services such as formaldehyde free Keratin Treatments .
